About Thomas
Thomas O’Malley knows that good service often comes down to the basics: listening properly, explaining things clearly and doing what you said you would do.
After five years at Woolworths, Thomas understands what it means to work with all kinds of people. He is approachable, practical and comfortable taking the time to answer questions without making anyone feel like they should already know the answer. Clients can expect a straightforward conversation, clear next steps and someone who stays across the details.
Thomas has also completed a Bachelor of Accounting, majoring in Financial Planning and Taxation. His studies have strengthened his interest in how financial decisions fit together, while his role at Financial Elements gives him the opportunity to apply that thinking in a practical, client-focused setting.
Outside work and study, Thomas is usually following basketball or rugby league, fitting in a round of golf, or heading down the coast with family for the beach and a spot of fishing. He has also volunteered through his school community, an experience he genuinely enjoyed and one that reflects how naturally he gets involved and lends a hand.
Working with Thomas feels easy and down to earth. He listens, keeps things clear and makes sure clients know what is happening rather than leaving them to chase for answers.
Good support isn't about having all the answers. It's about listening properly, following things through, and making sure people always know what's happening.
