Kyle Hili is the person keeping a close eye on your home loan once the paperwork starts moving.
From application through to settlement, Kyle manages the details, follows up the moving parts and keeps you informed without making you chase for answers. He knows that what feels routine inside a lending team can feel unfamiliar when it is your own home loan, so he takes the time to explain what is happening, what is needed and what comes next.
With a Bachelor of Economics and a practical understanding of lending, Kyle is good at seeing how the details fit together. Colleagues know him as someone who notices what could slow an application down and deals with it early. He also has a natural interest in technology and better ways of working, often looking for small improvements that make the process clearer and easier for clients, partners and the team.
