Joshua Halls
“Straightforward lending conversations. No unnecessary complexity.”
Joshua believes people deserve clear answers and honest conversations. Easy to talk to and practical in his approach, he takes the time to understand what matters to each client and helps them make sense of the lending decisions in front of them.
About Joshua
Joshua believes lending conversations should be straightforward. He listens first, asks the questions that matter and explains what is happening without burying clients in industry language.
Before starting his career in mortgage broking, Joshua spent a year working inside the broking process. Combined with his earlier experience in accounting, real estate and car sales, this means he understands the numbers, the property conversation and the practical decisions that sit behind an application. More importantly, he knows that what makes sense on paper still needs to make sense to the person making the decision.
Joshua works through the details, tell you what needs attention and keep you informed as things progress. If something is unclear, he would rather talk it through properly than assume you understand it.
Outside work, you will see Joshua at the gym, spending time with mates and can usually be found on the sidelines at a friend’s footy game on Sunday. He also likes cars, bikes and getting out for a ride.
Clients choose Joshua because he is approachable, practical and easy to talk to. There is no performance and no unnecessary complexity. Just someone who pays attention, does the work and helps you understand the lending decisions in front of you.

Most clients already have enough opinions around them. My role is to help them sort through what’s relevant.
